
My Mindful Self is all about being your authentic self. Many of us are masking our true identity to 'fit in' but in doing so we lose our true essence. The events below are ways in which we can slow down, be present and find our authentic self.
'I am both nature and spirit but so often I hide this. How can you truly be your authentic self? What can you bring to light rather than hide below?
A multi-sensory deep dive into healing, uplifting, magical power being held by Mother Gaia and like-minded women.

Forest bathing or Shinrin Yoku (in Japanese) is an immersive experience into nature through sensory experiences. It will give you the opportunity to step back from the hustle and bustle and become more mindful and present. It is proven to help you feel more relaxed and is beneficial for both mind and body.

Whilst taking part in a group forest bathing session is good, sometimes having 1:1 sessions is better suited.
Forest bathing 1:1 enables you to deepen your connection to nature, as often we will return back to a familiar site. At the same time, it enables you to find yourself.
Nature is a great teacher if we give the chance to listen. It can help you work through issues, provide inspiration and enable you to slow down and be present with self.
We recommend 4-6 sessions.
Sessions are: 1-1.5 hours at a time
Sessions take place within the Waterside or New Forest.
£88 for 4 sessions or £111 for 6 sessions.
This workshop gives you a chance to slow down, think about your goals and aspirations for the year ahead and capture them through images and words.
A feel good session enabling you to get creative , visualise and manifest .
This workshop will include:
- a meditation
- positive music
- materials to create your vision board
- a chance to create and discuss your vision
By the end of this workshop, you'll have a vision board to refer to throughout the year.

An oracle card reading is a great way to access information and a tool to support and guide you on your journey.
Amy has been in spiritual development circles since 2017. This has enabled her to gain experience in a variety of mediumship techniques.
She has completed a tarot reading course in 2020 and has done many readings since, both at circle and to the general public at a spiritual fair.
Amy will generally do a 3 card reading
