My Mindful Self

My Mindful Self is all about being your authentic self. Many of us are masking our true identity to 'fit in' but in doing so we lose our true essence. The events below are ways in which we can slow down, be present and find our authentic self. 

Empowerment

'I am both nature and spirit but so often I hide this. How can you truly be your authentic self? What can you bring to light rather than hide below?


A multi-sensory deep dive into healing, uplifting, magical power being held by Mother Gaia and like-minded women.


You are welcomed into a space that is all accepting, free from judgement and you will be encouraged to let go of that which is holding you back.

Amy was warm, attentive and a knowledgeable facilitator. The activities were well organised and flowed well throughout the session. Amy sounded a small chime to signal the end of each activity, gently indicating it time to regroup.  Thank you Amy, I very much enjoyed the experience.

It was really eye-opening how disconnected from the day-to-day you can get when you go through an activity/experience like this and truly get in touch with nature and the quiet calm in the forest. The small group setting, together with the guided walk through for the experience helped step through the experience and increase awareness of yourself and the surroundings. The New Forest is a great setting for this type of experience, and I left feeling very relaxed and in tune with myself.

Forest Bathing

Forest bathing or Shinrin Yoku (in Japanese) is an immersive experience into nature through sensory experiences. It will give you the opportunity to step back from the hustle and bustle and become more mindful and present. It is proven to help you feel more relaxed and is beneficial for both mind and body.

Forest Bathing - Marion

I joined Amy and a small group of others for a Forest Bathing morning. Amy had clearly put a lot of thought and time into preparing for it and it had a positive impact on me. I thoroughly enjoyed it and came away feeling wonderful.

You don't realise how full on life is sometimes and how pent up you are. I wasn't sure what to expect but I really enjoyed it. I grew up in the forest and have spent a lot of time going for walks etc but never taken the time just to step back and enjoy it, listen to the different sounds and it makes such a difference. I definitely feel more relaxed. It is good to take time away from tech and not constantly checking what the time is. It's so nice to be allowed to have time just to concentrate on nothing but nature.

Whilst taking part in a group forest bathing session is good, sometimes having 1:1 sessions is better suited.


Forest bathing 1:1 enables you to deepen your connection to nature, as often we will return back to a familiar site. At the same time, it enables you to find yourself.


Nature is a great teacher if we give the chance to listen. It can help you work through issues, provide inspiration and enable you to slow down and be present with self.


We recommend 4-6 sessions.


Sessions are: 1-1.5 hours at a time


Sessions take place within the Waterside or New Forest.


£88 for 4 sessions or £111 for 6 sessions.


 

Forest Bathing 1:1 - Emma

Having done 6 sessions, I would happily do more. Each session had the underlaying theme of nature, but layered on top of that was a very different session each week and I honestly couldn't pick a favourite, I enjoyed them all so much! 


Here are some words that spring to mind to describe my forest bathing experience: an escape, calm, safe, loving, explorative, spiritual. An opportunity to tap into nature and spirituality. A break, meditative, therapeutic. An opportunity to breathe. Grounding, beautiful, self care, self love.

You are the Oracle

An oracle card reading is a great way to access information and a tool to support and guide you on your journey.


Amy has been in spiritual development circles since 2017. This has enabled her to gain experience in a variety of mediumship techniques.


She has completed a tarot reading course in 2020 and has done many readings since, both at circle and to the general public at a spiritual fair.


Amy will generally do a 3 card reading
