My Mindful Self is all about being your authentic self. Many of us are masking our true identity to 'fit in' but in doing so we lose our true essence. The activities offered encourage you to slow down, be present and find your authentic self.
A selection of activities to support you on the journey of motherhood from pregnancy and beyond, with a keen focus to the perinatal period (pregnancy to 1 year after birth).
This section provides a variety of activities you can try with your child to support them.
Bespoke sessions can be designed to suit your requirements such as:
- a session for a group of friends
- a session as part of a hen do
